Welcome to In Dialogue hosted by Sanaa Hyder, LMHC and Dr Fritz Galette. Together, we’ve created a space to explore the many ways people show up in relationship—with themselves, with each other, and within the systems we navigate.

We're jumping into great conversations with other therapists and practitioners. We’re having raw, honest, decolonial, and, we hope, radical conversations exploring questions like:

We’ve been inviting guests whose work challenges dominant norms and opens space for more inclusive, embodied, and ancestral ways of relating. The result? Truth-telling conversations about relationships, parenting, work, sex, marriage, and everything in between.
